This survey is a medium for you to reflect on the learnings and insights from the Module 3 Workshop: Valiant: Be Bold, Be in Front, Be Visible.
The intent of the survey is simple, i.e. for you to self-evaluate how far along you have moved ahead in your learning journey.
We invite you to reflect on how many steps you have taken in the following abilities:

In this feedback survey, you will be asked to give a score out of 10 to yourself based on a format that goes along the lines of:
1 to 3 -> knowledge-gaining or the learning stage
4 to 7 -> growth and development stage
8 to 10 -> skilled or mastery stage
Please note, these are just guidelines on where you could find the possible score to give yourself based on the stage you are in. However, refer to the scoring scale and the description for each question properly to give an accurate score.
